- LIMIT BULLET POINTS AND TEXT (Sorry I missed your presentation. I hear it was great. Can you just send me your PowerPoint slides?” But if they are good slides, they will be of little use without you)
- USE HIGH QUALITY IMAGES (Limit Clip Art, depending on purpose of your presentation, avoid stretching out low resolution pics)
- LIMIT ANIMINATION (Becomes a distraction)
- USE APPROPRIATE CHARTS
- USE COLOUR WELL
- CHOOSE APPROPRIATE FONTS (Regardless of what font you choose, make sure the text can be read from the back of the room, limit the number of font selections)
