Google Presentation Tips

• KEEP IT SIMPLE  (The slides themselves should not be the star of the show)

• LIMIT BULLET POINTS AND TEXT  (Sorry I missed your presentation. I hear it was great. Can you just send me your PowerPoint slides?” But if they are good slides, they will be of little use without you)

• USE HIGH QUALITY IMAGES (Limit Clip Art, depending on purpose of your presentation, avoid stretching out low resolution pics)

• LIMIT ANIMINATION (Becomes a distraction)

• USE APPROPRIATE CHARTS

• USE COLOUR WELL

• CHOOSE APPROPRIATE FONTS (Regardless of what font you choose, make sure the text can be read from the back of the room, limit the number of font selections)
